Agents will examine the history of fair housing laws, and review VA and national protected classes. We will identify and distinguish the difference between explicit and implicit biases, as well as recognize how 'in group' and 'out group' dynamics affect our interaction, and learn how to be intentionally inclusive in social and business interactions. Students will examine recent fair housing issues & cases to explore current fair housing impediments, and discuss solutions to counter those impediments.
