Get started with NAR's Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation 2-day course. After taking the course, you will learn:
-To earn loyalty from the homebuyer with the use of a buyer broker agreement
-To gain the knowledge to train your agents to effectively and accurately represent clients on your behalf
-To teach your agents the difference between client and customer services
-Valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of home buyers

Earn this designation by completing the two-day core designation course and one of the ABR elective courses. 

You will need documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative when you submit the designation application.

You will receive the first year of REBAC membership FREE, second year is $110 (per year thereafter), but prorated bases on the month you joined REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®). This membership gains you access to members-only publications, marketing tools and resources.

This course will provide students with 12 credits in the following categories: 2-hrs Real Estate Agency, 3-hrs Real Estate Contracts and 7-hrs Real Estate Related

Allan Marteney
Allan Marteney is a native of the Washington, D.C. area and has held a real estate license since 1978. He is now celebrating 40 years as a full time professional in his field.

He obtained his broker’s license in 1986 and has vast sales and management experience plus exceptional knowledge of the local real estate industry.

Allan has over 3 decades of teaching experience instructing in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. and has developed numerous courses for various state approvals and has served many times as a course reviewer for a major publishing company.

He has taught pre and post license real estate courses as well as new and advanced agent training to thousands of students in the Washington metropolitan area and helped several local real estate firms develop their training programs.

His professional teaching manner is both informative and entertaining. Outside of the classroom, Allan has over 20 years of real estate management experience and owned and operated a multi office DC area Real Estate firm and has received numerous industry awards and recognition.He currently holds the professional designation GRI.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5pm 3 business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by DAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).

For this class you would need to cancel by 5pm September 6th. With the cancellation there is a $100 non-refundable deposit.
