Transaction Management:  A successful transaction is not just based on whether or not you get your clients to closing; It is largely dependent on whether or not your clients were happy with the process and would gladly refer you to their friends and family after their closing.  The biggest determining factor of their level of satisfaction with the process will be based on your level of communication with them. In this class, you will learn:

• The Art of setting and managing expectations
• To use video, and social media to both automate and personalize the transaction management process.

• What to do with the contract once it’s ratified
• What the title company does once a contract is received
• What the lender does once a contract is ratified
• How to manage contingency deadlines
• ow to avoid pitfalls and close on time
