The class will then conduct a review of the of the regional contract widely used in the Northern Virginia area. Addenda used in financing contingencies, the walk through, and the form created when voiding a contract will also be covered. Attendees will have have a better understanding of the Virginia Residential Sales contract and will be able to explain the contents of the document, and refer clients and customers to an attorney when necessary.
