This is a 45 hour broker pre-license course for those individuals currently with a real estate salesperson's license who are seeking to obtain a broker's license. This course satisfies 45 hours of the 180 hour educational requirement for a broker's license. - Course meets on Wednesdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm and will meet for 6 sessions:

Meeting Schedule:   4/3, 4/10, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/22         

This course covers the appraisal process from beginning to end including all 3 approaches to value, data collection and site valuation, the reconciliation process and appraisal report.

William Roth
Bill has be licensed since 1983 in the state of Virginia.  He has experience in real estate sales and property management along with land sales.  He has been active within DAAR through the years.  He has served on the Professional Standards committee for many years.  He has  worked closely with local and state officials to shape the political changes necessary to our industry.  He was appointed in 1998 by Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to study growth in the county with relation to the various policies including impact fees, transfer taxes, real estate, and banking.  He has served as DAAR President in 1996-98.

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5pm 3 business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by DAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
