The purpose of the event is to educate REALTORS® on the regulations governing real estate signs with a panel discussion. Participants will learn about the licensee print advertising requirements established by the Virginia Real Estate Board. They will also receive an overview of Loudoun County’s sign ordinance, permitting procedures, and rules governing the placement of signs.  Panelists include:

Attorney Fincher will discuss the licensee print advertising requirements established by the Virginia Real Estate Board. Mr. Fincher specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business formation and operation, and related legal services.

Ms. Keim and Mr. Fairfax will provide an overview of Loudoun County’s sign ordinance, permitting procedures, and rules governing the placement of signs. Both speakers have extensive experience with the zone ordinances in Loudoun County. Ms. Keim manages the zoning permit staff and has worked for the county for over 30 years. Mr. Fairfax manages the zoning compliance staff and has worked for the county for over 17 years.
