This course covers the July 1, 2019 Forms Update, Rule and Regulations of the Virginia Real Estate Board and Chapter 21 Title 54 of the Code of Virginia as it pertains to real estate licensees. It also covers Advertising by Licensees and how the principal broker supervises to stay within the Code of Ethics Article 12.

At the conclusion of the course the class will review what they have learned and discuss the importance of understanding the laws, regulations and disclosures in our industry and how these provide information and protection to the public and the licensee when dealing with real estate matters.

Robin Frank
Robin has 24 years of experience in Real Estate Investing, Sales and Property Management.  She has been the managing broker of Brown-Carrera Realty, LLC since March of 2001.  This company is well known for their management services provided to over 300 properties in Loudoun County.

Scott Mozingo
Scott Mozingo is currently the managing attorney for the Chantilly office of VESTA Settlements. Prior to his employment with VESTA he managed the Reston MBH Settlement Group office. 

Scott has been an active affiliate member of the Prince William Association of REALTORS® for 10 years. He was a member of the Education Committee for 8 years and was an instructor for the Prince William Real Estate School during that time. He is currently a member of the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS® for the past 4 years.
