Roth, William (Bill) - Appraiser
Bill provides personalized service to all residential clients seeking property evaluation for purposes of loan processes, estate, and or pre sale. He compiles, analyzes and presents written reports to local and national banks & mortgage brokerage institutions. He is certified as an expert witness in Loudoun, Fairfax and Fauquier counties. He has been a member of the Appraisal Institute since 2003.

Gregory Davidson
Greg has fifteen years' experience as a mortgage loan originator in correspondent, broker and banker settings, focusing on conventional A paper, conforming, FHA, VA, construction and construction-to-perm. Experienced in a wide range of residential loans, jumbo, commercial lending and 2nd trusts. Trained in VHDA, USDA and Reverse Mortgages.

Mark Worrilow

Mark began his career as an instructor while serving in the Navy teaching courses both in leadership and warfare subjects. He carried his teaching methods out of the military and soon became a USSF certified referee instructor. As a REALTOR® Mark holds his ABR and SFR designations and teaches pre-licensing classes and other professional development classes as well as being a certified Fair Housing, REALTOR® Code of Ethics and RSA instructor.  

Mark, a graduate of the US Naval Academy, is a retired Naval Officer and 25 year career REALTOR®. Experienced in the classroom, he started his teaching career an instructor in the Navy and followed on as an instructor and mentor for soccer referees. Over the last 15 years he has been a licensed real estate instructor teaching pre-licensing, CE/PLE classes and NAR certifications and designations. Mark’s philosophy in education is to be participatory in nature and that classroom engagement by students allows for both a better learning environment and an opportunity to be a student himself.
