This course will cover the requirements of the required Lead Based Paint disclosure. The course will also cover the licensee’s statutory disclosure obligations as pertains to property, agency relationships and advertising. This course will benefit the real estate salesperson and broker professionally because it explains some of the least understood obligations of licensees. It informs the real estate salesperson and broker of issues that must be addressed with both the seller and the buyer and helps both salespersons and brokers understand how to navigate these statutory requirements. **Please come prepared with a laptop/iPad/Smartphone to view materials from the link that is sent out on reminders.
