Participants will also get hands on self-defense tactics of strikes and escapes. Please dress in comfortable clothes for hands-on portion. Through her business, J FIT, Jessica brings real-life self-defense training to men, women, children and those in vulnerable work occupations such as realtors. As a mother of three girls, her passion for teaching preventative and hands-on techniques to "soft targets" is what drives her to bring COBRA to as many people as possible. Cancellations & cancellation requests for paid education will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. three business days preceding each class and a full refund will be issued.Cancellations after the deadline will incur a $5 processing fee with the exception of Designation/Certification and Specialty courses.
