In an ever changing real estate industry, it is paramount for a real estate licensee to stay abreast of not only the current market conditions and trends, but legal issues and laws governing our industry as well. Our focus of this 1 hour update is designed to cover a wide variety of legal aspects of:

-Real estate industry
-Current license laws of the state
-Consumer and association disclosure acts and
-Current legal issues and trends facing our industry today

At the conclusion of this course, students will have been updated on:

-Key laws and legal issues facing our industry today
-Knowing what our current laws and issued are and
-How they apply to their everyday real estate activities will benefit not only the licensee but the consumer as well.

While it should be pointed out and made clear to a licensee that they can never give legal advise to consumers unless they are licensed to do so, understanding the laws will help the licensee as they assist a consumer to navigate through the complexities of today’s real estate transaction.
