The course objective is to provide up-to-date staging trends and data within the context of the current Northern Virginia real estate market. A decade of past and present trends are outlined and explained in the first segment, followed by the instruction of advanced staging concepts in the second. The final segment is a workshop in which participants and the instructor analyze listing photos (submitted by participants), and apply the course content to create actual staging plans for the listings. Information is presented in a manner that will benefit both Realtors with previous, formal staging training by the StagedHomes.com accreditation course, as well agents without prior staging experience.
